• Confirm whether AI interaction is enabled and identify the provider and deployer roles.
• Check the notice shown at or before first interaction, including mobile views and languages.
• For synthetic outputs, obtain evidence of the provider's marking techniques; missing C2PA alone does not establish a failure.
• Assess relevant public-interest text and deepfake disclosures under Article 50(4), including exceptions.
• Keep dated evidence and rescan after changes. The website scanner cannot inspect backend systems or certify the vendor.
