Implementing a clear AI notice

Place a clear notice in the actual interaction or relevant content context. For an AI assistant, a starting example is <p role="note">You are chatting with an AI assistant.</p>. Test keyboard access, visibility, mobile rendering, languages and the timing of first interaction. A snippet, JSON-LD tag or badge does not automatically establish legal compliance.

Use technical observations as supporting evidence. Confirm legal applicability and exceptions independently.
