Deepfake and voice-clone disclosures

Article 50(4) addresses disclosure of AI-generated or manipulated content constituting a deepfake. Review the definition, context and exceptions, including the treatment of artistic and similar works. The scanner does not inspect audio or video or establish whether an image is a deepfake. Record your assessment and verify the audience receives the required disclosure.

Use technical observations as supporting evidence. Confirm legal applicability and exceptions independently.
