Article 50: roles, disclosures and scope

Article 50(1) addresses AI interaction notices. Article 50(2) addresses providers marking synthetic outputs in a machine-readable format. Article 50(3) concerns emotion recognition and biometric categorisation. Article 50(4) covers deployer disclosures for deepfakes and certain AI-generated public-interest text. These duties have different scope and exceptions; a website score cannot determine them.

Use technical observations as supporting evidence. Confirm legal applicability and exceptions independently.
