1. Introduction & Overview
The EU AI Act Article 50 Transparency Scanner ("we", "our", or "us") operates the website located at https://euaishield.com. We are committed to protecting user privacy while serving automated technical diagnostics and educational compliance resources under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689.
2. Google AdSense & DART Cookie Disclosures
This website uses Google AdSense, a third-party advertising service provided by Google LLC. As part of serving advertisements on this site, Google and its advertising partners use cookies to serve personalized and non-personalized ads based on a user's prior visits to our website or other websites on the Internet.
- DART Cookie Usage: Google's use of the DoubleClick DART cookie enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- Opting Out: Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. Alternatively, users can opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info.
3. Public Domain Scanning & Data Processing
The scanner fetches one public HTML page and up to five image assets. It records possible widget integrations, notice excerpts, image metadata indicators and a source fingerprint. The current scanner does not send page content to Gemini or another language model. Do not submit private links, credentials or sensitive URL query parameters.
4. Redis Caching & Local Storage
Public scan observations may be cached in Upstash Redis for 24 hours. The “do not cache” option skips that cache. Verified monitoring stores your email, website URL, schedule, consent confirmation, applicability answers and report name. Manually uploaded screenshot evidence is stored privately in Upstash, with up to five screenshots per website, under 500 KB each, retained for one year after the latest attachment. Upload only screenshots you are authorised to share and remove personal data first. Each website retains up to 50 observations for one year after its latest saved scan; subscription records remain until you stop monitoring. Access-link records expire after 30 days, and pending confirmations expire after 24 hours. Rate-limit records expire after ten minutes or five minutes for email requests. Signing out removes the workspace access token from browser session storage.
Resend processes confirmation, sign-in and monitoring emails. Cloudflare hosts the application and may retain operational logs under the operator's hosting settings. Upstash stores the records described above. Ads and Google Analytics scripts are excluded from the private workspace. Public pages use the advertising and analytics services described on this page.
You can stop monitoring and delete a website's evidence from your verified workspace. To request other account data deletion, contact support@euaishield.com. The operator must review processor agreements, hosting regions and its retention policy before activating production monitoring.
5. GDPR Compliance & User Rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, users residing within the European Economic Area possess the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of any personal data processed by us. Inquiries regarding data privacy should be directed to support@euaishield.com.
