By accessing or using the EU AI Act Article 50 Transparency Scanner ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our diagnostic tools.

2. Legal Advice Disclaimer

THIS SERVICE PROVIDES AUTOMATED TECHNICAL DIAGNOSTICS FOR HEURISTIC PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE CERTIFIED LEGAL ADVICE. Scans evaluate publicly accessible DOM nodes, metadata headers, and copy phrases under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 Article 50. Diagnostic scores do not guarantee official regulatory immunity or legal compliance in any EU Member State.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to conduct malicious denial-of-service attacks, bypass target site security controls unlawfully, or reverse engineer proprietary systems. We reserve the right to rate limit or block automated scraping abuse.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the platform owners, engineers, or affiliates be held liable for administrative fines, legal disputes, or business interruptions arising from reliance on scan output scores.
